Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch
Saige Hilh products are printed to order. Orders are typically printed and dispatched from our production partner's Australian facilities within 3–8 business days of being placed. 

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most Australian customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 14 days of placing their order. Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. 

Lost or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at saigehilh@outlook.com and we will collaborate with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
